1. Your appointment
Every visit begins with a 15-minute consultation, included and held inside your booking. Please arrive at the arrival time in your confirmation. That is when your consultation starts.
2. Booking and payment
Book online, or call, text or email me. No card is needed to book, and there is no deposit. You pay in cash at your visit.
3. 24 hours' notice
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or change. The 24 hours count back from the arrival time in your confirmation.
4. How to cancel or change
Use the change link in your booking confirmation, or send a text or leave a voicemail at (832) 303-1492.
5. When your notice counts
Your notice counts from the moment the booking system records your change, or the moment your text or voicemail arrives, whichever is first. Times are Central Time. This holds even if the studio is with another client when your notice arrives.
For now there is no cancellation or no-show fee. I only ask for 24 hours' notice.
6. Late arrival
If you arrive late, the lost time comes out of your treatment. Your consultation and aftercare are never cut short. If there is not enough time left to do your service safely, I rebook your visit. If you are running late, please call or text me.
7. Everyone
These rules apply to every client, family included.
8. Emergencies
If an emergency affects your visit, please tell the studio as soon as you can. Waiving a charge for a genuine emergency is at the studio's discretion. Any adjustment the law requires for a client with a disability is always made. It is not a waiver, and these rules never stand in its way.
9. If the studio cancels, or a service is not right for you that day
You are rebooked, or refunded anything you paid. There is no charge when a service is declined because it does not suit your skin that day. You are never made to take store credit instead of a refund.
10. Tips
Tips are never expected. If you'd like to leave one, you can add it at checkout.
11. Your protections
Every charge in this policy is shown, with its amount and when it applies, before you confirm your booking. No charge under this policy that was not shown can be added later. An enhancement is added only when you say yes, with its price first. The 24-hour rule never takes away a cancellation right the law gives you.

Every visit begins with a consultation, included, and a professional skin analysis. At your consultation, I recommend what suits your skin that day, and you choose what feels right for you. Nothing is added to your facial unless you want it.
